Sutho is pleased to announce our 1st and 2nd grade Senior Women's team have been promoted to the ML2 and ML4 grades, respectively, of SWHL for the 2025 season. Register NOW to be a part of these exciting teams.
Sutherland Hockey Club is the largest Club in Sydney's south. Its women's teams play in Sydney Women's Hockey League (SWHL), the South East Hockey Association (SEHA) and the Sydney South Hockey Association (SSHA) competitions.
After entering SWHL in 2020, Sutho's 1st and 2nd grade women’s teams have enjoyed unprecedented success, achieving promotion every year into higher grades of the premier women's hockey competition in Sydney.
Our 3rd, 4th and 5th grade teams are involved in local Sydney East and Sydney South competitions, which delivers them competitive hockey with friends within manageable travelling distances for busy women and young girls keen to develop their skills.
In more than 40-plus years of playing in the Sutho blue, our women’s teams have won multiple premierships in SWHL, Sydney South Women's Hockey Association, SEPL and SEHA competitions.
This is the proud foundation on which women of all ages enjoy fun and competitive hockey at Sutho today.
Our Club offers our junior girls a clear pathway into senior women’s hockey with team options available across all divisions. They suit all hockey abilities.
Our Club offers one of the best facilities in Sydney with our own synthetic turf and junior development programs. Some of the most experienced coaches in Sydney add their expertise to Sutho.
