2026 Winter Season

Rego HERE for the 2026 Winter Season

Returning 2025 players


Returning players from the 2025 season will be emailed a link that will open the online registration form with many details already pre-filled (saving you time and effort).

  1. For returning players: Check and update thepre-filled data as required, and complete other data fields
  2. Next, you can prepay for SDHC uniforms (see details for collection below)
  3. Continue to Checkout
  4. If applicable, click on the Apply Active Kids Voucher button and redeem your voucher. Rego fees for each eligible player will be reduced by the amount remaining on each child’s 2026 voucher.
  5. Select a payment option to complete your registration

ALL New or pre-2025 returning players


Once 2026 Winter Season registration is open, you need to complete two online registrations and make two payments in two separate processes:
  1. firstly through Sutherland District Hockey Club, and 
  2. secondly through Sydney South Hockey Association (SSHA)


Active Kids discount

If you are a parent seeking to use your Active Kids voucher, you will need to source your voucher prior to Step 1 above and have it ready to use during the Sutho registration. Apply here apply-for-an-active-kids-voucher

A new Active Kids voucher approach was launched from 1st February 2024 with very different terms and conditions. 

Sutho (SDHC) Payment Options

Sutho's registration system allows you to Pay Now for playing fees and uniforms online using your credit card – select the Visa / Mastercard option.

Otherwise you can Pay Another Way by Direct EFT Deposit into the Club’s bank account. Your unique Invoice Number is required to be entered into the reference field of your direct EFT deposit into the following account:

Payment Plans

Families and players can apply for a Payment Plan to spread the payment of fees over a period up to 15 June that matches your pay cycles – select the Payment Plan option and complete the additional form. Under Payment Plan option, an initial deposit of 25% is required to be made to SDHC.


NOTE - all HNSW, SSHA & HA fees (Part B) must be paid in full for players to take the field in all competitions.

Finally, you will receive an email from Sutho (SDHC) to confirm your 2025 Winter Season registration.

Playing Uniforms and Sutho Hoodies can be collected from the uniform room. Bring a copy of your invoice or receipt to the uniform room, try on sizes and take home your uniforms.

Part B – register with Hockey NSW (HNSW), Sydney South Hockey Association (SSHA) and Hockey Australia (HA)


You will be directed to the SSHA website AFTER completion of your Sutho online registration

Returning 2025 players click on RENEW – enter your HNSW Member ID, Date of Birth and Last Name.


New players click on REGISTER

  • Enter your details in the fields specified
  • Select your Registration type from the drop-down menu
  • Enter your details in the fields specified
  • Select Sutherland District Hockey Club from the drop-down menu
  • Press the Submit Registration button
  • Pay Hockey NSW, SSHA & Hockey Australia fees with a credit card and complete the process.


The system will recognise if you are a dual registrant and have already paid your HNSW fees through your primary association.

You will receive an email from Sutho (SDHC) (via HNSW) to confirm your HNSW State Member ID.
